Full briefing before any intro

Before your CV goes anywhere, I brief you fully on the company, team, engineering culture, on-call setup, and what the hiring manager is really looking for.

Interview prep

For technical interviews, I prep you on what they're actually going to probe — not generic advice. I know how these teams assess seniority.

Offer & close

I manage the offer process and help you negotiate without burning the relationship. Honest advice on whether the number is right for the market.
